Sobriety & recovery therapy for men in Florida and Maine
Sobriety gave you a foundation. Therapy can help you build on it.
For men in recovery who are stable and sober and want support building the life sobriety makes possible.
You’ve done the work. You’re sober. So why does it still feel hard?
You worked hard to get here. You’ve built something real. Life is better.
But stress still gets to you. You’re more reactive than you’d like to be. Relationships are harder than you thought they’d be. Sometimes you feel overwhelmed and you’re not even sure why.
You’ve done everything right. And yet something still feels off.
Maybe you’ve worked your 12-steps but still have challenges you need to address.
That’s not a failure of your program or your effort. Sometimes we need some additional help.
That’s how you got this far.
Therapy that works with your recovery
Together we’ll look at what’s getting in the way and build real tools for daily life, in a way that supports what you’ve already built.
You’ll get honest feedback, a plan for tough moments, and support that fits 12-step or other paths.
Week by week you’ll learn to get present, regulate your emotions, and respond in ways that match your values.

12-step programs can be an incredible source of support, and many of the men I work with find them essential to their recovery. Therapy offers something complementary that can enhance the work you’ve already done, and continue to do, in your program.

No. This is an intentional choice to protect your privacy and give us more freedom to shape care around you. Insurance requires a formal diagnosis on your record and can control how often we meet and how long we work together. Keeping therapy private means we focus on what helps you, not what your insurance covers. I can provide a superbill for potential out of network reimbursement.
